So here's the "trick": if you just get yourself to take the first step, the rest will come far more easily and with a lot less resentment than those moments right before you start. It's like a ball sitting at the top of a hill, albeit some days that hill doesn't feel so steep and can be particularly long, especially if you're at the very beginning of a project, but most days it's not that bad and the bigger part is overcoming the inertia; just getting to the first of the doing. That's the trick! I know it's so simple it's ridiculous! The worst part is that most times we argue and justify to ourselves for a very long time about whether or not or how we're going to do it as easily or lazily as possible (and in the end that doesn't feel so good!) etc. rather than just getting to it. And it's that overthinking it that actually makes it sooooo awful! Next time there's something you don't want to do and must (or best) do, just start with the doing right away before your mind gets on the roll that it most certainly will with all the trash and junk it can come up with. Don't even let it get started!

P.S. This technique is amaaaaazing for workouts you don't think you want to do, and healthy food you don't think want to prepare. You'll discover in the end you were just letting too much thinking happen, once you start with the doing and stop with the overthinking you'll be so grateful you did and so accomplished in all you need to do.
