Often times we come back from time off and feel literally like a whole new person! Time like this, time when our day-to-day slows down, is also a good time to recreate some of the habits and lifestyle patterns that aren’t serving us. The time off can give us time to rework our sleep schedule, create a plan for our next steps towards our goals. It can be a time when you get into the groove of exercising daily and finding time for it more easily than if you were to start any random Monday. It can be a great time to start a nutrition action plan and get a feel for the logistics of say, making a lunch for yourself every day or planning meals. It’s also a good time to get back into a recreational activity you say you have no time for, you’ll likely find you experience how valuable it is to you, and ensure that you make time for it more often.
